The field of its business activities is residential housing, holiday housing, business offices and parking spaces, all commercialised for rent.
So far, its activity areas are focused in Barcelona and in the city of Castelldefels (18km south of Barcelona).
In July 2007 it started commercialising 9 touristic apartments for rent in Castelldefels (CARU APARTMENTS).
