Damage to the apartment:
Clients will pay for any damage clearly caused by negligence or a bad use. An estimated price will be calculated, which the client will pay, and the real cost will be subsequently sent to the client by email, adjusting the rate if necessary.
Cleaning and bedlinen & bathroom towels:
Final cleaning included in price. For stays over 3 nights, we do provide double set of bedlinen and bathroom towels and the apartment as washing machine
If the guests leave the apartment excessively dirty or messy, clearly caused by negligence, an additional 90 Euros will be charged.
