Time of entry: A partir de las 13h del dia reservado.
Exit time: 10am at the latest on the reserved date.
The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned and the sheets and towels changed twice a week (Mondays and Fridays, if nothing prevents it).
We ask that you please throw your rubbish in the containers that you will find outside the apartments, on both sides of the door to the street.
Please respect the pool rules indicated on the board next to the pool. There are no life guards and children under the age of 14 cannot swim without adult supervision. Do not swim before 9am or after 20pm. Do not eat on the wooden area next to the pool.
Do not hang clothes on the balcony railing or the windows… Please use the clotheslines available for all our clients on the apartment’s terrace.
Upon entering, the client will receive a set of keys and a remote control for opening the gate to the garage. In case of losing or not returning them, you will be charged an additional 90 Euros.
Please avoid loud noises that could bother the neighbours after 22pm or before 9am.
Children under the age of 14 cannot use the lift without being accompanied by an adult.
You will be shown how to operate all household appliances, including the air conditioning, the TV, the Wi-Fi, the safe, etc., as you are welcomed to the apartment. If you have any questions, please ask at reception.
Please close all windows and doors to the balcony every time you leave the apartment for your own safety. The door to the balcony can be locked with a bolt. Please make sure you close the door between the street and the apartment block.
We would highly appreciate if you turn off all the lights and household appliances every time you leave the apartment in order to not waste electricity. Also make sure all the taps are turned off to not waste water.
