The beach of Castelldefels is the city’s hotspot! 11km of white sand, calm seas and all sorts of facilities, from showers and hammocks to beach bars in which to enjoy a light meal or a drink… It is the perfect place in which to practice all sorts of water sports: kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, etc. Very near our apartments you’ll find the Castelldefels Sailing Club, which offers a wide variety of sailing and marine activities.
Less than 500 metres from us is the Olympic Channel, which was used for the rowing activities of the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. Today it is a place for kayaking, waterskiing, cycling, jogging or playing 9-hole golf (Par 3). It also has a gym, a restaurant and much more.
2km from us is another water sports club, the Club Marítimo, and 5km away, a marina called Port Ginesta; here you’ll see many docked boats and a great many restaurants and terraces with a wide variety of high-quality gastronomy in a relaxing environment.
